Can I return an item brought online?
Yes, products can be returned back to us within 14 days of delivery and products must be sent back within the next 14 days of notifying us.
They must be an unused, as new condition in the original packaging and without registering any such extended warranties of the product as defined by section 9 of our terms and conditions.
How does the return process work?
- Simply contact us via the contact form. So we know to expect your return.
- Fill in the paper form and send the parcel back to us (insured delivery recommended as its your responsibility till its in our care).
- Once we’ve processed it we’ll refund you for the products you’ve sent back. Once processed, the payments can take a few days to reach your account.

What is your postage and packaging charges?
FREE UK mainland delivery on all orders via our website.
“In stock” products delivery approx. 5-7 working days from despatch.
“Backorder” items may take up to 30 days from order.
Do products have a guarantee?
All products have 12 months manufacturers defect guarantee. Some Bulldog Security Products have a 5 years manufacturers defect guarantee which has to be activated with the manufacturer (if this is the case you should find a leaflet in the product packaging).
Should you not wish to register, a standard 12 month defect guarantee will apply from the order date.
Do I have a tracking number for delivery?
This depends on the service we use to deliver your goods. Where a tracking number is available we will send it you by email or we may input your details into our delivery providers system so they can keep you up to date on delivery progress.
Who delivers your parcels?
Generally parcels are delivered by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. This does vary on product size/weight. Signatures may be required.

Do you offer pickup or collection?
Sorry but our website is delivery only. Please contact us – all orders placed on our website will be sent by delivery!
Can I change my order?
You can stop your order from being shipped if you notify us as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after placing the order. Where it has been shipped you will have to return the items at your own cost back to us.
Orders cannot be changed without refunding you and you replacing the order through our website.
My parcel hasn’t arrived, where is it?
If you get an email saying your order has been completed, it should be on its way.
Where the product is out of stock and is on backorder this can take longer and may take up to 30 days (we’ll keep you updated though).
If you have a message/email from our delivery provider saying its been delivered and you still don’t have a parcel you must notify us as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours.
